No past, no future…

Scott Morrison wrote in one of his books this short piece he called “The Whole Teaching.” It sums up everything he taught about spiritual awakening, liberation and transformation.

No past. No future.

There is no past. the past is a mental picture, constantly edited by us.There is no future.There are only thoughts in the present about things that have not happened yet. We project our thoughts to future events. Again it is a mental picture.

Open mind. Open heart.

We don’t view things as they are because we are putting judgement on everything. Quit putting conditions on yourself, people and things. Love unconditionally Quiet your mind, open your heart and calm your body. Allow things to unfold naturally.

Complete attention, no reservations.

Become fully attentive in the moment. Be here now in stillness. Remain present ! Practise mindfulness.

The hijacking of humanity

We are not victims of our life but co-creators of our reality. Our focus or deliberate attention, combined with a strong feeling becomes our point of attraction.

Unfortunately we live in a fear based society, where we see negativity all the time. We are being controlled, manipulated and brainwashed by our governments, media and several big corporations. They deliberately distract, deceive and divide us. They all want us to believe we are tiny little creatures without power !

We are bombarded by adds and commercials, stressing we’re not good enough, not looking good enough. They create the need to buy their products by telling us we are not fitting in if we don’t buy them ! So we start desiring those items, some things look unachievable, leaving us desperate and jealous of others ! A want is a desire not met, simply said a “don’t have” ! Leaving you in a low vibration, and keeping you trapped in a vicious cycle.

When we are fearful, our energy becomes contracted, our possibilities become limited. I like to use the following definition of fear : “fear is the absolute faith in the thing we don’t want”. If we would have the same trust in our dreams, they would likely manifest at a much faster rate !

Poverty consciousness is a belief that there is not enough for everyone. It is a belief in lack, limitation, it is the struggle for survival, the struggle for life. Lack could also be described as an abundance of focused intention on things that don’t feel good. Our goal is to transmute it all !

Your subconscious is a giant and powerful processor. It registers everything, even the subtle messages you are not aware of ! Your subconscious mind is busy all the time and according to research 70% of all our unconscious thoughts are negative and repetitive ! (Read more about the subsconscious mind : Are you growing flowers or weeds ?) Whenever you feel bad, try to ask yourself what must I believe in order to feel this way ? Is it a belief I created or did I inherite it from others ? Is that belief still useful ? Why am I keeping it alive ? You can only change a belief system by being conscious of it. You have to bring it to your conscious attention to turn it around and change it.

We communicate through our words, our language. The deaf communicate through signs & symbols, the blind communicate through feelings, tactile and sounds. We use our senses to perceive the world around us (see, feel, hear, smell, taste). But our primal way of communication is through vibration. The way we communicate with the universe is through frequencies.

Everything is energy vibrating at a certain level. Our words, thoughts, feelings and actions are the tools, the means through which we create the right atmosphere, vibration, frequency to get our communication with the universe open.

Allow yourself to be a concious antenna for that what you want ! See where your thoughts are going. Are they heading the negative road, the judgmental one ? Remind yourself constantly what you are focusing on and what you are feeling ! And most important : turn off your television !

Earth is evolving, are you ?

Has anyone of you already noticed that earth’s resonance, the Schumann resonance, earth’s magnetic field which naturally vibrates at a frequency of 7.83 hz has doubled the last few months ? Meaning earth is vibrating higher than normal ?

A lot of people are feeling time seems “messed up”, speeding up, several people told me personnaly. Several of us are feeling depressed, because everything is being pushed to the surface. The energy is asking to face it, transform it and evolve. And the only transformative power is in the renewal of your mind. This transformation starts with a desire to change !

It seems that there is a storm going on inside, but you can choose to not let it affect you and wake up !

There is but one God, one universe and it’s in all of us. Everyone you meet is God and shares the same consciousness as you ! It is the same energy expressed differently, at different kind of levels.

If you are concentrated on your bodily you, (your expression of yourself in the world ) then you will feel seperated from the rest. You are just a reflection of consciousness expressing itself in a certain kind of way, by expressing a certain kind of version of the great I AM.

So you are the great I AM (GOD) and an expression of the great I AM (the son of God). You can seperate from the son of God by vibrating at a low level, having dark thoughts and thereby having no power whatsoever to create a happy reality !

You can choose to higher your vibration and think good feeling thoughts and access the Christ consciousness, by choosing what makes your heart sing, by choosing feelings of love, compassion, courage.

By changing the concept of yourself you are able to experience another version of the great I AM. That means from all possibilities you can choose what you want to experience for yourself. You are that powerful ! You just have to have the understanding of how it works. That means alligning spirit and body through the magnetising power of your heart, which is pure love !

Time is an illusion, it keeps you trapped in the past or in the future, never in the now, allthough now is the only time you have. Don’t bring the past into the present, the past has no power in the present or over the present. If you let it that power, you are trapped in a vicious matrix, you will always feel a victim of life, of circumstances.

If you consciously put in your mind, in your imagination the concept of your desire and you can feel it as accomplished, then there is no other way that you have to experience that reality. It is law !

When you consciously choose the concept of yourself and your reality, and you choose to see the world through your christ consciousness the people in your world will become your partners, your helpers, messengers of God !

Everyone you meet can help you in understanding your inner world, your focus, your feelings on how things should be in your world.

The universe knows what makes your heart sing and it rejoices everytime you choose what makes you feel good and when you choose to higher your vibrations, it will follow you and shower you with blessings, but you have to let it be !

Rest in it. (Rest in the Lord, in your vision of the great I AM). Just put in the vibration of it, thinking from the thing you want, that means not looking at it from a distance, but pulling it consciously in your reality and vibrate it into being !

Het derde oog

De pijnappelklier is een kegelvorm orgaan in het midden van ons brein. Het komt overeen met één van de belangrijkste energiecentra van ons lichaam, namelijk het Ajna chakra of derde oog. Het heeft onder andere met spiritualiteit, intuïtie en verbeelding te maken.

Als je derde oog geopend is “zie” je op een andere manier. Dit chakra center geeft jou de manier om de dingen in zijn geheel, in eenheid te zien. Het geeft jou toegang tot de hogere dimensies, hogere staten van bewustzijn. Je voelt geen verschil meer tussen jou en de ander, tussen diegene die observeert en geobserveerd wordt, het individu is het collectieve bewustzijn, schepper en schepping zelf. Wanneer je je enkel met jou lichaam identificeert (ik ben mijn lichaam) ga je jezelf automatisch apart zien van de rest, wanneer je je identificeert met de geest op het subtiele niveau, ga je zien, voelen en weten dat alles met elkaar is verbonden, één is en dat jijzelf alles en iedereen bent.

Je begint meer een wakker en bewust persoon te worden. Je denkt niet meer zoals vroeger, je besluit oude geloofssystemen te verwijderen en je start jezelf te herprogrammeren. In het begin voel je je meer verwijderd van de maatschappij en anderen dan ooit tevoren, maar je bent meer gefocust om jouw eigen antwoorden te vinden dan iets zomaar als waar te beschouwen. Een innerlijk proces van transformatie is gestart en reorganisatie is begonnen. Je delete alles wat je niet meer bent en herprogrammeert je voor een volledig nieuwe realiteit.

Je bent gefocust op jouw doel, jouw levensmisie wordt duidelijk, jouw reden van bestaan, wat jou voldoening geeft. Hogere waarheden komen tot jou in een hoog tempo, je vraagt je af hoe je dit duidelijk kan overbrengen, het lijkt alsof de boodschap tot jou komt in een zip bestand dat je later nog moet uitpakken !

Telepathie wordt normaal en gewoon, je kan hoog voelend worden, helderziend, je kan je ergens mentaal verplaatsen en op ontdekking gaan ! (remote viewing, remote feeling)

Intuïtie is meer dan een buikgevoel geworden of een hunch, maar wordt een precies instrument waarop je volledig vertrouwt. Je merkt synchroniciteiten op. Je leest en herkent de signalen die het universum jou stuurt.

Je begint door de leugens van het systeem te zien, en ziet de manier waarop de maatschappij ons programmeert. Je verliest jouw interesse in de media en in het systeem dat ons opgedrongen is !

We zien de dingen niet zoals ze zijn, we zien de dingen zoals wij zijn !

De vernieuwing van de geest, is herboren worden Een kind is altijd in een staat van verwondering, onschuld, van pure liefde. Nog niet besmeurd door de vele wereldse geloofssystemen, nog volledig vrij van mentale slavernij. Puur van hart, genietend van alle ervaringen in het nu !

Zet jouw innerlijke oog op scherp en wakker het vuur aan in jouw hart.

Kies jouw frequentie !

Als deze wereld een illusie is, is wakker worden uit deze droom dan wel mogelijk ? Kan je uit de matrix ontsnappen ?Het hangt ervan af hoeveel weerstand je hebt tegen verandering. Het hangt ervan af hoeveel betekenis of controle je hebt gegeven aan de wereld rondom jou. Opnieuw plaats nemen in de bestuurdersstoel van je eigen leven, heeft vaak een paradigma shift nodig !

Deze shift (van zien is geloven naar geloven is zien) kan echt nu, onmiddellijk gebeuren, als je het tenminste toelaat ! Het kan als een herinnering komen dat je altijd al controle had over je leven en voor sommigen kan het als een waar visioen komen, een openbaring ! Plots hadden deze mensen het door en zagen ze de schoonheid en grootsheid van dit universum en werden zij als het ware “instant vrolijke scheppers !”

Voor sommigen onder ons die nog steeds twijfels hebben of ze hun gedachten en geloofssystemen moeten veranderen : je kan naar gelijk welke realiteit “hoppen” als je maar jouw staat van zijn aanpast. (Jouw staat van zijn kan je omschrijven als de som van jouw gedachten + emoties = gevoelens op dat moment, ik noem het ook wel ons “energetisch signatuur” ) Het betekent dus dat je eerst jouw vibratie (gevoel) aanpast van jouw wezen (identiteit) vooraleer jouw verlangen zich kan materialiseren !

Weet dat jouw onbewuste geest een gigantische processor is, waar je bewust en onbewust allerlei data kan in plaatsen. Weet dat wat je gelooft (jouw herhaaldelijke gedachten en emoties) je op een unieke frequentie laat vibreren, en dat deze frequentie de “matching” hologrammen zoekt en aantrekt om zich in jouw realiteit te manifesteren !

Zou je dan niet wat graag bepaalde gedachten en geloofssystemen laten varen om een realiteit naar jouw voorkeur te creëren ? Zou je dan niet iets vaker besluiten om gewoon gelukkig te zijn, te glimlachen en dankbaar te zijn voor jouw leven ? Zou je dan niet vaker NU leven in plaats van te piekeren over het verleden of te hunkeren naar beter in de toekomst ?

Een radio hoeft het radioprogramma dat nu afspeelt niet te maken, de radio selecteert de juiste frequentie en kan het programma dan pas ontvangen. De radio selecteert uit alle andere mogelijke programma’s die NU worden uitgezonden. Het maakt zichzelf een ideale ontvanger door zich op het kanaal af te stemmen van jouw voorkeur !

Je kan jezelf een perfecte antenne maken voor de realiteit die JIJ wenst. Tune in ! Kies de frequentie van jouw voorkeur door de visie, emoties en acties te matchen met dat wat jij wil !

Als je passioneel bent over iets dat je wil en je steekt er veel liefde in, wanneer je het gevoel hebt dat de tijd stopt en je in flow bent, dan ben je in de zone, in de vortex, dan geef je de juiste vibratie aan het universum en zal je meer synchroniciteit naar jou toetrekken en makkelijker jouw doel bereiken !

Als je voelt: “ik kan dit niet opbrengen” of je wordt absoluut niet vrolijk of opgewonden van iets, als je nog steeds piekert, twijfels en angsten hebt over jouw dromen en verlangens, doe dan eerst een beetje research bij jezelf. Het betekent dat je waarschijnlijk veel meer aandacht besteedt aan wat je juist NIET wil of aan alles dat zou kunnen misgaan, zo situaties naar je toetrekkend waardoor je nog meer van jouw koers gaat afwijken !

Je kan je voorbereiden op falen of op succes maar weet dat je steeds krijgt waarop je je hebt voorbereid ! Een vibratie van angst zal steeds die dingen naar jou toetrekken die jou nog meer angst inboezemen !

Onthoud dat de wereld rondom jou enkel een reflectie is van wat je in jouw diepste kern gelooft. Waar je op focust of aandacht op richt, zal je bevestigd zien in jouw realiteit. Onthoud dat je op ieder moment kan “intunen” op de frequentie van jouw keuze en kan beslissen welk lied er wordt gespeeld !

Change your energetic signature !

Your emotional state , your “state of being” is your most important communication tool ! It is your “energetic” signature, how you present yourself to this world and your glasses through which you see the outside world.

Your energy field isn’t restricted to your body. “The heart, like the brain, generates a powerful electromagnetic field”, McCraty explains in The Energetic Heart. “The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field in the body. The electrical field as measured in an electrocardiogram (ECG) is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain waves recorded in an electroencephalogram (EEG).” HeartMath studies show this powerful electromagnetic field can be detected and measured several feet away from a person’s body and between two individuals in close proximity.

Maybe you try to hide a particular way you are feeling for your family, friends or others, but people will “pick up” your frequency or vibration and according to your emotional state people will be drawn to you or repelled from you ! Sometimes when you enter a room you can feel tensed, or have goosebumps all over your body, wanting to escape the place as soon as possible ! There’s nothing strange to see, but the energetic mixture of all these people make you feel this way ! If it doesn’t feel appropriate for you, it means their vibration is denser then yours.

If we would give our emotions a different colour, our energetic field will emanate the colour (emotion) that is the most dominant at that moment ! So imagine the people you meet during the day as all these different kind of colours interfering with each other, picking up each other’s vibration, some will manage to keep their colours bright and clear, others will be influenced by the darker colours, their colours will start fading… Other colours are perhaps barely noticable, very pale or dusty !

Like attracts like so similar colours will attract each other, enhancing and strengthening their colour : two lovers kissing, two strangers smiling at each other, people cooperating peacefully,…

If you want to be in good company, or start experiencing good things in your life, it would be wise to monitor your emotions and accompanying thoughts carefully. Honestly we are attracting all these people and circumstances in our life by our own frequency and vibration, if we wouldn’t be a match – vibrationally – we wouldn’t experience them in our lives at all !

We too are literally able to create new pathways, making new connections in our brains ! As in nature, we too are able to access a giant network, a collective consciousness, where all information is already available to us, at any time !

As in nature to experience love, we need social interactions, close relationships, people who care for us ! We still turn to our eldery people, the mother tree, for wisdom ! As in nature we flourish when we help each other, when we focus on our strengths to find solutions, when we strive to work together and each share our unique gifts with our communities !

We study nature as something separate from us, but we are all connected ! We still have much to learn from nature…

The “I” and “my” have put a veil over the hearts of people. People have become self-centred and selfish. How can there be peace when the mind is full of ego and selfishness? Who is big enough in this world now to sacrifice himself for universal service and love?

People have degenerated to the point that they are prepared to kill or harm others for their own selfish works or motives. All of you must try to destroy the corrupted law and establish true law in the world.

Today mankind has greatly degenerated. People are like puppets dancing for demonic leaders. We have to protect the people and lead them to progress. We must lose no courage.

We must live for humanity and die for humanity.

The darkest night of the soul

Imagine you were trying to escape a stressful situation, you don’t have to look that far, every day life is already full of challenges of any kind. Preparing the kids for school in the morning, driving to work moving slower than most pedestrians, while constantly looking at your watch, feeling anxious, you probably won’t arrive at your meeting in time…There you are ! That’s probably enough stress to start your day with !

Most of us have been told to get rid off or to remove ourselves from stressful persons, events and places. That can work perfectly, sometimes, but all that you are trying to escape from most of the times is yourself…

Once you’ve removed yourself from a bad work environment or a bad relationship, you find yourself attracting another bad partner or evil colleague again !

It looks like you are constantly pushing a repeat button ! Pulling you into drama, drama, more drama, again more drama ! You feel tiredness creeping over you and you feel lost, you don’t necessarily feel depressed but you simply don’t know how much more you can cope untill complete nervous breakdown !

You start questioning yourself, your life, your work and relationships. Am I going nuts ? It is really that bad, isn’t it ? You become alienated from your true nature and at the very same time you feel that this world isn’t your home eighter ! You feel like wanting to unplug yourself completely, wipe out everything that has ever been downloaded in your system !

Your body is just slowing down, so you can remove the bad programs, the memories and attachments of life that don’t bring you anything at all but preventing you to go “faster” in life. Your body is asking to press the pauze button so you can change direction, to “recalibrate” yourself . Your body is asking help in choosing the right programs and downloads, what feels good for you ! Your body is waiting for you to stop resisting, to give up the fight !

This world, your outer circumstances, is like a mirror. If you want change don’t wait for it to just “pop up” one day ! Change yourself first, the world has nothing to give to you, it only shows what you are giving yourself, what you are allowing “in”. So what are the beliefs that you keep close but that are closing doors towards your dreams, what are the beliefs keeping your dreams at distance ? What negative program is still active but running in the background ? It can be a secret file hidden behind the walls of your heart.

Your subconscious often hides painful memories, it stores these as trapped emotions in your body, mostly at the location where the body is in pain. If you can’t seem to get access to certain core beliefs, your subconscious could have created a wall around your heart and it is very creative in doing this ! It can be made of any material you can imagine and relate to : concrete, rock, fire or wood ! I remember seeing mine as a giant skyscraper of entangled woods and holly plants, in medieval times they were used to avoid any entrance to the castle !

So shedding the old junk can be painful, your ego cries out loud, it is holding firmly to its old beliefs as its most priceful possessions. You doubt to press the delete button, afraid you will totally lose all data forever…The fact is that deep down inside of you, you know the old has to be burned to ashes. If you can look at your darkest night of the soul as a thorough cleansing process, necessary for personal growth, you will gain confidence in the ability to rise above it !

It’s not that after the experience of the darkest night of the soul you won’t have “dark” moments again, but you will be able to shine your light on it, meaning you are more conscious of it. Knowing these need not to be stored, nor hidden, they only need to be transformed by you !

Give yourself the liberating experience of deliberate choise !
