Maybe you stumbled on this website because you were looking for inspiration or motivation, maybe you were looking for help or assistance because you feel blocked in life. Maybe you just feel alone or not understood by your surroundings. Maybe you are awakening and your realize that it isn’t an easy process and you wonder if other people are experiencing the same.

I know it is not always easy to tell out loud what you feel inside, or to participate in another dumbed-down daily life conversation again. I know what it feels like being in no-man’s land, being an outlaw, fitting in nowhere ! The awakening process often brings you to dark places and leaves you scarred, not knowing who you truly are.

Maybe as a child you were told several times you couldn’t do something, or you were beaten and you grew up feeling unappreciated, unworthy or worse : unloved ! It can be difficult in bringing all these experiencing up to the surface and to find your king-pin, your oppressor, your core resisting thoughts and beliefs !

As you move through the pain, you will gain more confidence in your capabilities and in your moves. When you feel drained by the struggle in life, sometimes all it takes is a spark of faith ! Sooner or later there will be a turning point where you finally start letting go, detaching yourself from all these low inner states.

What’s it worth ?

You are. You are worth it ! You are worth to not only live or exist but you are worth to live a happy life ! If you are not convinced by this statement then you still resist your own happiness !

Keep stripping off all these limited identities and conditions and accept the being that you are. Accept how powerful you are and start flowing with life again !

I hope you are a visitor ready for self empowerment, ready to take another outlook on life, I hope this is a place where you can feel at ease and start being at peace with yourself !

It is almost impossible for me to stay silent about the different events taken place in the media concerning the sexual harassement of women. And I’m not only talking about what is happening in Hollywood, it’s a worldwide problem and now we have our own case here in Belgium widely covered by the media and I am really surprised about people’s reactions !

Some of the stuff I read online :

“What is wrong with all these actresses ? They don’t mind being naked on screen but they can barely handle some sexy text messages, they must have smelled money ! “

“If you find flirting behaviour embarrasing, just tell it. You don’t have to ruin another man’s life for it.”

It depends on what your definition is of flirting…Honestly I believe that we all know damn well the difference between a person innocently flirting and a predator !

#metoo A lot of people were surprised how many women were worldwide reacting with this hashtag. Well I wasn’t surprised at all, I have to admit that as an empath a lot of people tell me their life stories spontanously and  I have never encountered a woman who didn’t have any similar nasty experience in her life…

Yes #metoo and I was only three years old when I was a victim of such a predator. And no it wasn’t a stranger… It did affect my life deeply and for years I wasn’t able to put aside the memories and the emotions and all the impressions it left on me. I wasn’t raped, but touched by an adult in an inappropriate way ! Even a little child senses that this behaviour is wrong ! But since there wasn’t any other adult around, and I was crying and in distress, I grew up with the belief that I couldn’t trust men and that no matter how much I would shout for help, there would be nobody there to help me…I can only imagine how hard it is for women who have been raped, it leaves them scarred, scared, damaged, traumatized for the rest of their lives.

Are we trying to diminish what damage can be done when a person is subject to unappropriate sexual behaviour ? Why do we protect the predator and not the victims ?

Because there is something fundamentally wrong with society ! Pedophilia is actually promoted in the media, women are still considered as an object of lust. Pure meat…      Our children are brainwashed and indoctrinated by the media at early age. (Haven’t you noticed what kind of subtle messages are hidden in the Disney cartoons ?) You are not considered “cool” or “sexy” when you don’t match society’s standards. Women are still blamed because of eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil…What a crap !

Blaming women, treating them like shit it’s the same as blaming your mother for giving you birth ! If you are someone who can’t get his hands off women or you can’t respect a NO…then tell me : would you consider it normal, when other men did the same things to your daughter ?

Aren’t you yourself enslaved by all these tv series showing dysfunctional families and relationships ? Are you putting all the so called role models of society on a piedestal, worshipping them ?

Isn’t it time that we all step forward, men and women and start caring about the values and morals we teach to our children and teach them to respect other people ?

Don’t feed the monkeys !

We all have the mind of a monkey. You might imagine that each thought is a branch, and you, or at least the attention of your conscious mind, is indeed a monkey, swinging from thought-branch to thought-branch all day long.

Buddha described the human mind as being filled with dozens of drunken monkeys, jumping around, chattering, all endlessly searching for our attention.  Fear for example is a loud monkey, keeping us focused on all the things we should be worry or concerned about or anything that could go wrong !

“The majority of people will resent the statement that fear is a habit, but close observation proves to anyone that his fears are governed by repeated thoughts, words, and experiences. All fears rest upon thoughts, and if the thought foundation can be broken up the fear will vanish.

It is useless to fight with the monkeys or to try to banish them from your mind because, as we all know, that which you resist persists, but you can learn how to tame your monkeys !

Don’t feed the animals ! Don’t feed your fears or anger ! Think about how you are “feeding” your negative thoughts by allowing them to rule your mind, giving your monkeys the energy to keep swinging from branch to branch, allowing them to cause havoc in your mind !

Give them another job to do and deliberately focus your attention elsewhere ! Get out of your head and focus on your heart. Choose feelings of gratitude, compassion, forgiveness and love. As you know the heart is the most powerful organ due to its amazing electro-magnetic power. We are electromagnetic beings

The human body produces complex electrical activity in several different types of cells. As all electricity does, this activity also creates a magnetic field.

Human electricity energy is generated by chemical processes in nerve cells. Billions of nerve impulses travel throughout the human brain and nervous system.
Neurons are the basic unit of the nervous system. Neurons transmit information in the form of electrical signals.

Any current passed through an electric wire will generate a magnetic field, but it takes a strong current to generate a strong magnetic field.

When you send out a strong thought, a ray of energy goes out from you toward the object of that thought. This energy-ray creates its own magnetic field—strong or weak according to the relative strength of your will.

When you think a thought long enough, it automatically goes into “auto” mode because the neural pathways for this thought become strongly embedded in the neural network of your brain.

Certain negative thoughts are running in “auto” mode in your brain, and these negative thoughts are usually the root cause of many negative perceptions and interpretations that you come up with in your daily life. Unless you identify and let go of belief in these subconscious negative thoughts, you will constantly be struggling with the negativity in your brain. 

These “core” negative thoughts end up coloring your perception of reality and hence create new negative thoughts constantly. Remember that there is no truth to negativity because life does not support it. Negative thinking only serves to impede and resist the movement of your life towards well-being.

Allow your awareness to deepen and start seeing through all the subconscious negative patterns in your brain. Once you become aware of them, you can then start dis-identifying and dis-believing them. 

Also, you should start allowing yourself to align with thoughts of your desired reality. When you keep thinking a positive thought about yourself, or your life, it will soon become subconscious in your brain, and will start running on “auto mode”

The heart is the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body’s organs. The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain.

Similarly, to magnetic induction in metal wires, the human electromagnetic field can be felt and can influence other people who are standing close to eachother. Some people make you feel more energised, others seem to drain your energy away…

Using emotions such as Love, gratitude, joy, kindness are magnetic ! Fear, anger, discouragement, and similar negative emotions are toxic for our nervous system and block the free flow of energy.

The knots in our heads

Knots form in the mind. Knots are “internal formations,” problems our minds circulate around in the absence of clear understanding. Thich Nhat Hahn talks about such knots in his book “Peace Is Every Step”.

“Our internal formations are always looking for ways to manifest as destructive images, feelings, thoughts, words or behavior.”
They need our full attention as soon as they manifest, while they are still weak, so that the work of transformation is easy.

“If we do not untie our knots when they form, they will grow tighter and stronger, and become strong magnets for other similar thoughts and feelings. Our conscious, reasoning mind knows that negative feelings such as anger, fear and regret are not wholly acceptable to ourselves or society, so it finds ways to repress them, to push them into remote areas of our consciousness in order to forget them.”

“We should guard our body and our mind very carefully, to prevent knots from taking root in us.”

So our subconscious hides these painful feelings and memories, and stores these as trapped emotions in our bodies, mostly at the location where the body is in pain. Letting go of these emotions is essential in restoring our well-being.

Dr. Bradley Nelson explains how trapped emotions work :

“Typically a trapped emotion is the size of an orange to the size of a cantaloupe and wherever it lodges in the body, it will distort the normal energy field of the body. When you distort the bodyʼs energy field, you are distorting the body itself. Because what is the body? Itʼs nothing but energy. Energy is what makes up the body.

Thatʼs why trapped emotions will cause pain, malfunction and discomfort, up to and including cancer, in my opinion. Trapped emotions will also tend to create mental and emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, panic attacks, phobias, and more.

If the emotion happens to be anger, the person will tend to be a more angry person than they otherwise would be. Why? Thatʼs how trapped emotions work and thatʼs why itʼs so exciting to be able to find and release them. Thatʼs why so much of the time there is an immediate effect that takes place when we release a trapped emotion.

The body is allowed to return to its normal, healthy, undisturbed state and when this happens, amazing things take place !

The Emotion Code of Dr Nelson is a fast and easy way to detect and let go of these trapped emotions. When you let go of the emotional load accompanying the problem, you cut off the cord between you and the problem. When you clear your body of that weight, ease it off that pain, it is ready to be consciously recognized and released instead of being stored as dis-ease in your body. Pay it forward

Instead of paying it back, pay it forward ! Not only is it an act of kindness it can lead to a chain reaction of other positive events !

It doesn’t have to be restricted to material things eighter, random acts of kindness also include : spending time with someone, using your talent for free to help someone, getting groceries for someone, giving someone a pep talk, it can be anything…and sometimes something small can mean a lot to someone !

When you do something kind for someone and you don’t expect a reward, your action creates a ripple effect, like the stone in the pond. Not only will the person you assisted feel good, they will feel stimulated to do the same thing. Others will be stimulated aswell. The universe will bless you for your generous giving and you will build up virtue for your soul !

When you were born, you were born “clean”, with a clear slate. But then people began “steering and molding” you. You were learned what was appropriate and what was not, what was “bad” and what was “good”, they taught you how to behave ! The conditionning had begun.

Then people began putting all kinds of “spells and curses” upon you : “You are a good for nothing type !”, “You can’t do that you dummy, people will laugh at you !”, “Why can’t you behave ?” Even your girlfriend who says : “You’ll never find someone like me again, ever !”, without noticing it herself, is cursing you too !

And then once this curse is placed in your unconscious mind, and repeated with time, it gets a life of its own : it turns into a belief and you are completely unaware of its source ! You wonder why on earth things are not working out for you !

Eventually you become a good spell caster yourself, a black magician. You start blaming yourself, then you feel guilty, you become fearful and state all kind of things for yourself : I am not this, I have not that, I should not do this, I , I cannot do that, poor me !

Not knowing or not remembering who we truly are, we start searching for happiness outside of ourselves, we try to get it in acquiring all kinds of stuff, we look for love in our partner, we look for recognition at work, we try to control things or force our way in or out something. We are always giving our power away !

Is your life running on auto mode ? Are you only conscious of your environement ? Looking at life only through your five senses and then putting meaning on things ? Analysing situations, contemplating reasons why something has happened to you, judging others who you thought were wrong, critizing, putting names on things,…?

You have driven far off from source, unaware of your true self. That true self that is hidden under layers of beliefssystems, of different identities your ego mind has brought to life, in order to “properly” function in society.  As long as you don’t change your thinking, you are going to run around in a circle, biting your tail so to speak and repeating different scenarios in your life you didn’t want in it at all.

First step to self awareness is to be conscious of your thoughts, emotions and the words you are using.  This is the real cause of what you see in the outer world ! In order to change what is going on outside, you have to change the inside first and investigate what is holding you back. You always get what you believe is true !

Put yourself in calm state, shed all fears. You have to return to source, to the stillness within you, the only power that can restore everything to its divine perfection ! Empower yourself with positive words that make you feel good. Always have the intention to think good, feel good and do good ! Make it a habit of protecting your own energy so other people’s words and vibrations can’t trigger or hurt you. Have your bullshit radar on !

Let your mind, heart and soul be energyzed by the ether around you. Imagine yourself being in the high vibration of love, love pours out of your heart and like a hot lava stream the light shines into every cell of your body ! Let all your cells and organs be cleared, imagine divine love being transported by a roller coaster, flushing away all debris in your body, holding the perfect blueprint for each and every cell and organ ! Make it a fun and energyzing ride !

Thou shalt not pass

When you are about to enter a club at night, you make sure you don’t do anything that could piss off the bouncer, don’t you ? And once you’re in, you would behave, so you wouldn’t be thrown out immediately. Right ?

Are you in or out of your club of creation ? Because as the creator of your life, you decide who’s coming into your system, who you give entrance to or not ! You decide : You are the bouncer ! Who’s staying in your head uninvited ? Who’s running around making a lot of turmoil ? Who’s spoiling all the fun ? Who’s turning the positive vibe in a creepy atmosphere ? Who is triggering you for a fight ?

You are strong and able to protect yourself. Brush yourself off ! You can say no to the hooligans from your past ! You can skip the dance with the demons in your mind ! You can stop flirting with the devil and bounce all these nasty bitches off !

Let the kind ones, who say a gentle hello enter, let the loving ones in who give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Let the joyful ones in who will dance with you all night, barely remembering what time it is. Invite the ones in who are courageous at night and adventurous during the day. Invite the ones in that can wipe out any evil with their shining light, be there with the strong ones who gave up struggles and fights,  judgements and trials, who don’t have to hide or prove anything to anyone.

Remember you are the bouncer : you can get bounced off or you can bounce back. Be a balanced bouncer : set bounderies for yourself and choose wisely !

The hijacking of humanity

We are not victims of our life but co-creators of our reality. Our focus or deliberate attention, combined with a strong feeling becomes our point of attraction.

Unfortunately we live in a fear based society, where we see negativity all the time. We are being controlled, manipulated and brainwashed by our governments, media and several big corporations. They deliberately distract, deceive and divide us. They all want us to believe we are tiny little creatures without power !

We are bombarded by adds and commercials, stressing we’re not good enough, not looking good enough. They create the need to buy their products by telling us we are not fitting in if we don’t buy them ! So we start desiring those items, some things look unachievable, leaving us desperate and jealous of others ! A want is a desire not met,  simply said a “don’t have” ! Leaving you in a low vibration, and keeping you trapped in a vicious cycle.

When we are fearful, our energy becomes contracted, our possibilities become limited. I like to use the following definition of fear : “fear is the absolute faith in the thing we don’t want”. If we would have the same trust in our dreams, they would likely manifest at a much faster rate !

Poverty consciousness is a belief that there is not enough for everyone. It is a belief in lack, limitation, it is the struggle for survival, the struggle for life. Lack could also be described as an abundance of focused intention on things that don’t feel good. Our goal is to transmute it all !

Your subconscious is a giant and powerful processor. It registers everything, even the subtle messages you are not aware of ! Your subconscious mind is busy all the time and according to research 70% of all our unconscious thoughts are negative and repetitive ! (Read more about the subsconscious mind : Are you growing flowers or weeds ?) Whenever you feel bad, try to ask yourself what must I believe in order to feel this way ? Is it a belief I created or did I inherite it from others ? Is that belief still useful ? Why am I keeping it alive ? You can only change a belief system by being conscious of it. You have to bring it to your conscious attention to turn it around and change it.

We communicate through our words, our language. The deaf communicate through signs & symbols, the blind communicate through feelings, tactile and sounds. We use our senses to perceive the world around us (see, feel, hear, smell, taste). But our primal way of communication is through vibration. The way we communicate with the universe is through frequencies.

Everything is energy vibrating at a certain level. Our words, thoughts, feelings and actions are the tools, the means through which we create the right atmosphere, vibration, frequency to get our communication with the universe open.

Allow yourself to be a concious antenna for that what you want ! See where your thoughts are going. Are they heading the negative road, the judgmental one ? Remind yourself constantly what you are focusing on and what you are feeling ! And most important : turn off your television !

Shift in perspectief !

Wanneer je zegt dat je depressief bent, weet dat je niet depressief bent. De echte “ik” is niet depressief, Jouw echte “ik” is altijd daar geweest : onveranderbaar, stil, krachtig ! Het is jouw geest die telkens weer depressieve gedachten kiest en herhaalt. Het is een bouwsel, een constructie van de geest, een defensie mechanisme. Een illusie die in het leven wordt gehouden door wat jij gelooft, een deel dat in het leven is geroepen door jou en beïnvloed door anderen ! Jouw ego vecht !

Het echte gevecht (weerstand tegen jouw ware zelf)

Jouw gedachten zitten gevangen in de illusie van “tijd” door steeds het nu te beoordelen. Je brengt steeds jouw geest in het verleden of de toekomst en probeert zo de tijd te controleren, je plaatst zelf condities op het huidige moment. Het ego kan moeilijk in het nu leven omdat het een gewoonte gemaakt heeft om te oordelen ! Het moment dat je het NU beoordeelt, leef je niet meer in het NU. Observeer het NU, observeer jezelf zonder te oordelen en alles valt op zijn plaats.

Kijk in de spiegel : wat zeg je normaal gezien tegen jezelf ? Werd jouw negatieve zelf praat een gewoonte ? Weet dat je het zelf gemaakt hebt en ook zelf kunt veranderen ! Misschien lijkt het moeilijk en onnatuurlijk, maar dat is normaal toch, je bent het niet gewoon om zoveel liefde en positiviteit in jezelf te stoppen ! Toch is zelf-liefde de sleutel !

Je kan het concept van jezelf, jouw identiteit, wie je werkelijk bent zelf kiezen maar je kiest ervoor om jezelf te beperken ! Begin met jezelf graag te zien en te accepteren voor wie je bent. Eer jezelf dagelijks, je bent het waard net als eender iemand anders !

Het moment dat je jezelf beoordeelde, gaf je jouw kracht weg. Niemand, geen enkele gedachte, gevoel of situatie kan jou raken, tenzij je zelf kiest dit toe te staan. Het is enkel jouw perspectief op alles dat dit kan doen.

Neem het als taak op om vandaag niet over jezelf of anderen te oordelen ! Bekritiseer jezelf niet, maar observeer alle dingen zonder er een betekenis op te plakken ! Wees dankbaar voor jouw leven, apprecieer wat je al hebt ! Voel liefde voor jezelf, vergeef jezelf !

Stop om alles in jouw leven in vakjes van goed en slecht te steken en de shift in jouw leven zal starten !

 

When you say that you are depressed, know that you are not depressed. The real you isn’t depressed, your real self has always been there : unchangable, unmovable, unaffected. It is your mind that chooses to think depressing thoughts all over again. It is a construct of the mind, a defense mechanism.  That part has been made up by you and by the influence of others, and is kept alive by your beliefs. Your ego is struggling !

Your thoughts are trapped in the illusion of time by judging the now, you constantly bring your mind in the past or the future, trying to control time. The ego can’t live in the now because of its habit to judge ! The moment you judge the present moment you are not living in the now anymore ! Observe the moment, observe yourself without judgment and everything will fall in place.

Look in the mirror : what do you normally say to yourself ? Did your negative self talk become a habit ? Know you’ve created it yourself and that you can undo it yourself too ! It seems hard or unnatural because you’re simply not used to putting in so much positivity in yourself ! Start choosing to love yourself and accept yourself. Honor yourself daily !

You can choose the concept of yourself, your identity (who you are) but you limit yourself. The moment you began judging yourself, you started giving your power away ! No one person, thought, feeling, circumstance can harm you unless you choose to allow it. It is your perspective of harm that creates harm for you.

Don’t judge yourself nor others ! Don’t critizise yourself or others but observe everything without judgement and start appreciating and be thankful for your life ! Love yourself ! Appreciate yourself ! Forgive yourself !

Stop judging the rights and the wrongs in your life and the shift will start !
