Best buddies…

Do you have a buddy, a BFF, someone you tell all your secrets to, who is always there for you, usually at the right time and the right place ?

Have you ever been wondering why helping others seems to be a piece of cake for them ? Why everything they say and do is so “spot on” and natural ? It’s like they are God sent !

No doubt about it : Having a good buddy is like having a personal coach or a mentor ! Consider yourself lucky when you have one at your disposal !

Buddies…Who are they, what drives them ? Let’s have a look at some of their characteristics and maybe – most importantly – how you can turn into one of them too…

Buddies always listen !

Because of their empathic nature they are careful listeners and are able to read between the lines. “I’m fine !” “Really ? What a load of bollocks darling !”

No need to beat around the bush, no bullshitting them ! They will get to the core almost immediately !

Even when you lose the plot or are going collywobbles, they don’t judge, they don’t blame. They know who you truly are and that this is just a silly phase you’re going through…

You are only experiencing a moment of temporary insanity !

Buddies believe !

They are here to help you keep your dreams alive ! They know when you are sabotaging your progress and they easily spot the people around you killing your vibe !

Their mission is to help you deal with the hooligans from your past and to release them for good.

They help you beat the bullies in the present and give you tools to stop the belittling, the jealousy and the hatred.

They believe in you when no one else does, with them you are never completely alone or lost ! They will never give up on you !

Buddies inspire !

They show you how to keep moving forward, heading up high !

They know how to keep you motivated ! They stimulate you and inspire you in different ways…

They poke you and sometimes even provoke you ! “And…cut ! Action !”

“Can’t, must, won’t, impossible,…” are words that have been erased out of their dictionnary. “Who said it can’t be done ? Bob’s your uncle !”

Buddies go all the way !

Don’t ask how they do it…They always have a plan and it’s usually as hot as their pants ! Expect the unexpected or things to happen accidentally on purpose !

They know how to put things in higher gear and will always go the full monty with you !

Buddies care !

Buddies care and take care of things ! They sense when words are useless and when you are in need of a good hug, a reassuring hand on the shoulder or a distraction from your worries.

They will support you and surprise you with unusual gifts to show their appreciation. They will take you for a walk, let you sing karaoke or maybe will go bungee jumping with you !

Everything they do is done wholeheartedly, with the intention to lift you up higher !

Buddies cheer you up !

Buddies are genuine and honest, they are hardly able to tell a lie. They carry their heart on their tongue and can sometimes be offensive towards others…

Strangely enough they always get away with it, as they are charming as hell and…well, they are as cool as a cucumber !

They are such fun to be around, they always look at the bright side of life ! They are always positive and excited ! They are so full of beans !

And last but not least they are always in for a fabulous joke that results in a good belly laugh !

Their motto : “Don’t worry ! Be happy !”

Generate love

According to the studies of Manfred Clynes, a former pianist, all over the world people from all walks of life express emotions in a similar way.

When we listen to music and have an emotional experience, our nervous system always responds in a characteristic way which is measurable with a sentograph.

When people hug and caress each other, or express anger or hate, each time these emotions follow predictable wave paths of pressure.

Amazingly the emotion associated with love is Golden Mean related ! If we’re hugging our loved one or express feelings of love, the maximum pressure in the hug is at exactly the Golden Mean ratio with respect to the total duration of the hug !

The higher harmonics in the Golden Fibonacci sequence are all based on the longest Phi wave, the carrier wave. Light in a straight line is energy, loving light bent around a focal point creates matter and it’s the universal consciousness that keeps the waves centered and self sustaining !

Love…There’s absolutely nothing that it can’t create !

Up in smoke !

Life is colorless for a lot of people. Black. Dark. Clouded at day and clouded at night. Demons suck them dry. Dark thoughts are constantly passing by…

It isn’t always easy to spot those people or to see through their fake smile. The darkness can hide very well and is not easily caught with the eyes…

Fighting darkness is fighting against a jail we created ourselves, a jail without doors. We keep the jail alive by projecting dark thoughts on it.

It is a never ending battle. When we are in struggle mode we condemn and complain. We blame and judge ourselves and others. We are reactive and opposing so resentment, anger and despair is all that follows.

The flame fades inside, our core goes up in smoke once we have taken on the devil’s token. We completely forgot how to recharge ourselves so we burn up, we burn out…Then there’s complete meltdown !

When we continue to put energy in darkness, we stay hypnotised and triggered by the force of the jail.

If we would stop our negative thinking the walls would crumble down. The idea of being in prison would completely disappear. The moment we give up the struggle we are completely free of it !

For the souleaters to leave we have to nourish ourselves with positivity again.

If we want to break free from enslavement, we have to let go of the idea of the jail. If we want to be free from disease, we have to let go of the thought of disease. If we want to be free from all the turbulence in our life, we need to think peace….

We can create a fresh outlook for ourselves and discover real life ! We only need to accept our true power, our real sovereignty !

Love is more powerful than anything on earth. Nothing else can ever reinstall a person’s worth.

So step up Higher and be still and let all be perfected in Divine Will.

In sociodynamics critical mass is a sufficient number of adopters of an innovation in a social system so that the rate of adoption becomes self-sustaining and creates further growth. The term is borrowed from nuclear physics and in that field it refers to the amount of a substance needed to sustain a chain reaction.

It can also be the minimum size or amount of resources required to start or maintain a venture. Any movement or venture has to reach critical mass to carry on and succeed. Cats from space…

One day a big cat fell from the sky and landed on earth ! She had to hide, she was too tall, she could have had all humans hurt !

She had supernatural abilities of an order not that small ! But to morph herself into a little feline, she lost her ability to speak – once and for all !

She got herself adopted by a sweet girl and could live cosy and comfortably, but she had no choise, she had to find a way to return home safely….

It looked like days, but years went by ! She forgot what she really came here to do and she stopped asking why.

She just felt she could take naps anywhere and that she needed to withdraw from humans everywhere !

She was abruptly awoken one night and ran outside. She looked up to the sky and saw a bright blue light !

Nothing else but a few clouds, but then out of the blue, a very big cat came falling through !

The big cat was scared and put herself in defensive position but the little one didn’t fear, all of a sudden she had a flash back of her mission !

“I can’t believe I am speaking out loud, but I was once a bright star just like you before fading out ! I spent lifetimes on earth and I know human’s ways. It is too dense in here, I forgot how to operate !”

“There’s no need to fight, I now remember ! We only have to wake up the humans and tell them how to surrender !”

In order for humanity to escape duality, they both shared their wisdom and agreed to tell earth how to be finally freed.

If you happen to spot a blue lit crown at night then keep in mind, that she might be bestowing you with gifts of any kind !

Life became joyless and a life without joy isn’t suiting for your soul ! It drains you !

You feel incomplete. Your inner child got hurt and you have to restore your relationship with it and give it the care and attention it needs.

Your inner child believes in you…Why can’t you believe in it ?

When your inner make-up got all messed up, an inner cleansing is necessary.

Scrap off the old layers that are useless, that are hiding who you truly are.

No cover ups anymore !

Let go of the battle and surrender to life !

Savor every moment of your existence.

Accept that life is flowing to you and through you effortlessly and endlessly !

Are you contemplating your life right now ? Asking yourself several questions, wondering what course you have to take, overthinking a certain issue in your life…?

The doom scenarios that are popping up in your head. “Maybe I should forget about all this”. “What if it’s too good to be true ?” “What if I really don’t amount that much….?” All these doubts and worries are bringing your moral probably back to ground zero.

The belittling you experienced as a child and the ugly comments you had to listen to when you told people your childhood dreams…

The feeling of being all alone…No one believes in you…even your family and your friends aren’t supportive. You feel you are the black sheep of the family…

You became a champion in giving into your fears, your sadness, your bad luck…!

Know that what others think of you doesn’t matter, only how you react to it matters !

Reacting to all these opinions with a negative emotion is accepting them for real, is agreeing with their opinion and that’s how you keep pushing away or resisting your own happiness !

What you feel to be real will eventually materialize in your world. Not the opinion of others….your opinion matters, your feelings matter, where you focus on matters !

Who are you to tell me something isn’t possible for me ? Only I can do that ! Only I can claim what I will become, only I have that power !

Your imaginary force is yours and yours only. The feelings of your heart are yours and yours only. Don’t give your power away to all this negativity ! Don’t give others the key to your happiness, success, or even your health ! Making you worry, doubt, fear while you yourself are master of your destiny !

Let all these heavy feelings such as resentment, guilt, hate, shame, jealousy,….go ! These feelings are just too heavy for your heart. These are the ones killing your passion !

These feelings are all reactions to an illusion, none of this is real !

When you lift up the burden from your heart, your soul will start speaking to you !

Rejoicing ! Finally you go back to source !

And then passion will pop up again ! Joy will pop up again !

Love will pop out of your heart again !

Close your eyes and start breathing at a gentle pace.

Put your left hand on your abdomen and your right hand on your heart. Invite Quan Yin in. “Dear Quan Yin, I love you, I honor you, I appreciate you.”

If you have a special request, then state it now : “Please help me heal………..” “Please transform my relationship with………….” “Thank you !”

Ask forgiveness for all past errors and harm you have caused to other souls in this life and in other lifetimes. Also send forgiveness to all souls that have caused you wrong. Forgive yourself and others completely. Free them and yourself of all karmic debt !

Be free of hate, resentment, judgement, be a vessel of gratitude and forgiveness !

Let your heart speak

Start breathing through your heart and feel the loving energy of Quan Yin enter your heart. Imagine her standing behind you, she is a big radiating presence, you start being engulfed in a white bright light, she is holding her hands above your head and she blesses you with beams of love and purifying energy !

You can imagine it as a stream of light or as a ball of light, growing bigger and brighter inside your body, lightening up all your chakras. There’s not a single spot in your body left unnoticed. Not a corner, not a single cell is left in the dark. Your body starts being completely illuminated from head to toe.

Our house…

Our house stands in the middle of a street, in the middle of a T-junction, so we are also facing another street. The excellent overview on our neighbourhood comes with pros and cons !

Energetically speaking there’s a concentrated flow of chi pointing directly at the house…Yes we are aware of its challenge !

But I am used to weird things. Strangers asking me bizarre questions, people telling me their life story out of the blue…My colleagues often made fun of me. “Why are you always attracting all these people ? What is wrong with you ?”

Need help to move some furniture ? Got something stuck in the kitchen ? Problems with your car ? Your horses broke loose ? An emergency with animals or children ? One place to go : house n° 17, they can fix anything !

Even the stray cats are standing in line with their foodbowls…

On a sunday morning my boyfriend was fixing our camera on our front door, I was just observing his work and passing him the needed equipment for the repair.

It was still quiet outside. Then all of a sudden we saw a young couple running towards us from the street across ours.

They were barely dressed. She was wearing a bathrobe and slippers, he was running barefoot, only wearing his boxers. They were screaming for help !

“He’s going to get us, please help us, let us in !”

They just ran into our house and we immediately closed the door ! The man was injured and had a open wound on his right eyebrow. I ran into the bathroom to gather some stuff to clean it .

While we were waiting for the police, they explained that the girl’s jealous ex-husband had managed to intrude their property. He was able to attack them while they were still asleep. They were both in shock !

I can clearly imagine that waking up being boot kicked in the face – Conor McGregor style – mustn’t have been pleasant at all….

I can tell you a lot of weird stories like this. There’s always something happening around our house. Sometimes life goes smoothly in our surroundings, sometimes it’s just plain madness !
