According to Tao teachings everyone & everything consists of soul, mind and body. The soul is not only the boss of mind and body, soul is the essence of who we are.

All illness begins as a message or blockage at the soul level. Then it moves to the mind and body levels, creating physical and other challenges. Karma, negative beliefs and other limiting messages are the cause of these blockages.

Tao teachings uses our four powers (soul power, mind power, body power, sound power) to remove blockages, release negative messages and energy, and to reinstall good health. It uses the power of the Tao and its divine frequency for clearing our karma by forgiveness of past issues and sending all souls involved much love and light.

Emotions : the GPS of the soul

Emotions are energy in motion. Emotions are the gps of the soul. When you feel un-ease, when you have a dis-ease, your soul is out of balance, you have fed it the wrong kind of information or messages. When you experience a negative emotion, you have chosen something that is not in alignement with your soul, so it will automatically weaken your mind/body/soul.

Letting go of our attachements is difficult for most of us. It demands a sincere and honest decision to surrender completely all these things that emotionally disturb us.

You have the power to balance your soul, to heal the self with positive messages and truthful information. Positive emotions are balancing emotions. Love can transform all life. Forgiveness clears past issues and brings peace. Feelings of compassion and gratitude send all souls involved much love and light. More light enlightens the soul !

“When you seek healing, place no thought on the illness (for you would not wish to multiply that), but love that which is well until it multiplies and overtakes that which was lacking in health.

This is the miracle of gratitude : it multiplies whatever you appreciate. This is why it is so important when giving, that you give with love. In that way, you multiply the gift. You can multiply and expand anything. 

With enough love, one thing becomes the many.”

Soul is our essence, it is who we truly are, but in order to grow, the soul is put through many challenges. The more we grow and learn how to release our negativity and clear our issues from the past, the more we are able to heal ourselves and to transform all issues in our life.

Dog whisperer or human whisperer ?

Who hasn’t watched a show of “The Dog whisperer” and sincerely asked himself “How is Cesar doing all that stuff with dogs ?” It looks so easy for him ! While it seems he is constantly working on trying to change the dog’s behaviour and to rehabilitate the animal, what he primarily does is reeducating the human parents showing how they can alter their state of being and become calm and balanced !

Cesar Millan explains :

Because humans are intellectual beings, we communicate mostly with words. This makes it easy for us to fall into the trap of thinking that dogs also communicate with spoken language.

“As humans, we experience time differently than dogs do. We’re constantly aware not only of the present, but of past and future. For many of us, that’s where feelings like shame, guilt or regret (past) and fear or anxiety (future) arise.”

Dogs, on the other paw, live only in the present ‘ in the moment. Living in the moment means dogs are only concerned with what’s happening to them right now, not what happened to them last week or what’s going to happen next Tuesday. It’s a very simple, instinctual way to live and it’s part of what keeps dogs connected to Nature.

We can vividly see this in dogs that have lost a limb, hearing or sight. They don’t lament or mourn the absent abilities or wonder where they went. They deal with the abilities they have right now and move on with life.

Cesar’s tips for human parents :

To achieve balance in our relationship with our dogs, we need to learn how to live more in the moment ourselves. For humans, there are a number of ways to do this.

Many find meditation and similar mindful practices very helpful, as they can quiet the past and future that distract us from the present. Physical exercise ‘ walking our dogs, jogging, yoga, dancing, whatever — can help too, because it brings us more in touch with our bodies and instincts. And one of the best ways to learn to live in the moment is to immerse ourselves to Nature, whether it’s a beach, park, or hiking trail. Leaving the busy and complicated human world for an hour or two can help us recapture the awareness of the moment.

“Dogs live in the moment. They don’t regret the past or worry about the future. If we can learn to appreciate and focus on what’s happening in the here and now, we’ll experience a richness of living that other members of the animal kingdom enjoy..”‘

The knots in our heads

Knots form in the mind. Knots are “internal formations,” problems our minds circulate around in the absence of clear understanding. Thich Nhat Hahn talks about such knots in his book “Peace Is Every Step”.

“Our internal formations are always looking for ways to manifest as destructive images, feelings, thoughts, words or behavior.”
They need our full attention as soon as they manifest, while they are still weak, so that the work of transformation is easy.

“If we do not untie our knots when they form, they will grow tighter and stronger, and become strong magnets for other similar thoughts and feelings. Our conscious, reasoning mind knows that negative feelings such as anger, fear and regret are not wholly acceptable to ourselves or society, so it finds ways to repress them, to push them into remote areas of our consciousness in order to forget them.”

“We should guard our body and our mind very carefully, to prevent knots from taking root in us.”

So our subconscious hides these painful feelings and memories, and stores these as trapped emotions in our bodies, mostly at the location where the body is in pain. Letting go of these emotions is essential in restoring our well-being.

“When feelings and thoughts are tied up, they make up a belief. Untangle these knots, loosen up and you’ll find your relief.”

Dr. Bradley Nelson explains how trapped emotions work :

“Typically a trapped emotion is the size of an orange to the size of a cantaloupe and wherever it lodges in the body, it will distort the normal energy field of the body. When you distort the bodyʼs energy field, you are distorting the body itself. Because what is the body? Itʼs nothing but energy. Energy is what makes up the body.

Thatʼs why trapped emotions will cause pain, malfunction and discomfort, up to and including cancer, in my opinion. Trapped emotions will also tend to create mental and emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, panic attacks, phobias, and more.

If the emotion happens to be anger, the person will tend to be a more angry person than they otherwise would be. Why? Because literally part of their being is constantly vibrating at the rate of the emotion thatʼs trapped there. In other words, every emotion has a certain frequency or vibration, and when an emotion gets trapped in the body you will continue to feel that emotion.

In a case like this, if the emotion is anger and a situation arises where you could become angry, you will become angry much more readily than you otherwise would. Why? Because part of you is already vibrating at that frequency, part of you is already angry.

Thatʼs how trapped emotions work and thatʼs why itʼs so exciting to be able to find and release them. Thatʼs why so much of the time there is an immediate effect that takes place when we release a trapped emotion.

The body is allowed to return to its normal, healthy, undisturbed state and when this happens, amazing things take place !

The Emotion Code of Dr Nelson is a fast and easy way to detect and let go of these trapped emotions. When you let go of the emotional load accompanying the problem, you cut off the cord between you and the problem. When you clear your body of that weight, ease it off that pain, it is ready to be consciously recognized and released instead of being stored as dis-ease in your body. Your mind and body will be back at ease ! The step between dis-ease and ease is release !
